Graduation Information

Brush High School
You can now order your cap, gown, and other graduation items!
All items ordered directly through the company, Herff-Jones.
MUST order cap and gown by April 1, 2026.
Payment by card or check must be made directly to Herff-Jones.
Click the order form link below for all information.
Caps & gowns will be delivered directly to Brush High School and can be picked up on cap & gown pick up day the week of May 18 (final pick up date to be announced). All other graduation items ordered through Herff-Jones will be delivered to your home.
- Account set up and measurements: Use the QR code on flyer in link below to create an account and submit your measurements.
- Package Options: Packages range from $70.95 (cap/gown/tassel only) to $620.50. $100 deposit required when ordering. Final payment due March 1.
Early bird pricing in effect until January 5, 2026.
Questions related to caps/gowns/graduation items, and/or orders must be made directly to Herff-Jones at 740-357-2160.
Fees and Graduation
A $60 senior graduation fee has been added to each students fee statment. The graduation fee helps cover end-of-the-year events including graduation ceremony expenses, diplomas, senior T-shirt, senior send-off, etc. (Senior graduation fee DOES NOT include cap and gown and/or Prom.)
The $60 senior graduation fee must be paid in full
- In November 2025, in order to receive your senior t-shirt
- By Friday, April 17 to purchase tickets for prom
- By Friday, May 1 to pick up your cap and gown and/or to participate in the senior send-off party.
(Prom is May 8. Prom tickets will go on sale in March.)
Fees can be paid
- Through Infinite Campus (debit/credit card only.)
- In person, school days 7:30 AM-3:00 PM to Mrs. Betz in room A113. (cash-exact change, debit/credit card, or check payable to Charles F. Brush High School. Checks will not be accepted for payments made after March 31, 2026.)
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RECEIVE A DIPLOMA

Senior Pictures
- Pictures were taken on October 30.
- Students should have picked up their proofs.
- Orders can be place online at mylifetouch.com using the portrait ID and access code on the proof sheet.

Community Service - Join Key Club
Seniors need 40 community service hours to graduate. The community service form can be found, to the right, under Helpful Quick Links. Or from Ms. Scully-Gruber. It needs to be completed and returned to your guidance counselor.
Get involved and give back. Key Club meets every other Thursday from 3-4 PM in Room A211. You will earn 1 hour of community service credit for each meeting, and take part in meaningful activities and community minded projects. See Ms. Lewis in Room A211 for more info!
FAFSA
Seniors heading to college must complete the FAFSA. Create your FAFSA ID here to begin the application process. (student & parent each need a different ID). Questions can be answered here. For help, or to schedule an appointment with our College Now rep, email Mrs. Jordan at taylork@selschools.org
